| ARTISTIC STATEMENT |
| Born in Montreal, I initially obtained a diploma in Graphic Arts and ran my own little business until I reoriented my career towards finance. After several dynamic professional mandates, the year 2004 was particularly inspired by a growing appetite for a return to my sources. I brought out my old brushes simply for the pleasure of it. In 2005, I joined the “Collectif Bain Mathieu”, a Montreal group of approximately 20 friend-artists with whom I exposed my paintings. In 2008 I joined the "Groupe Brosse Art", in my home town of Brossard and, since 2009, I am a member of the AAPARS. The exploration of various mediums confirmed my predilection for oil on canvas. |
